It's been a while since I've drawn a NicoB-based fan art. 8D;;; This is based on Part 42 of NicoB's Let's Play of Danganronpa V3: youtu.be/rSsxgWbN5kY?t=8m29s (SPOILER ALERT for Danganronpa V3 Chapter 5's victim/culprit and Rantaro's Ultimate Talent!!)
The part where he started voicing The Council of Voices in that lab was hilarious... I had to draw it out. XDD (I just drew the characters over a screenshot of the Ultimate Lab. I'm not gonna spend 3-4 days replicating the lab itself. =w=; )
